On May 1st, the Kingston Cricket Club at Sabina Park hosted the official launch and handing over ceremony of cricket kits to Region 4 high schools, as part of The Cricket Intervention Programme (CIP). The event saw the attendance of several distinguished guests, including Grogory Hewitt (President, NADD Region 4), The Hon. Olivia Grange (OJ, CD, MP), Ms. Dian Foster-Wright (Dean of Discipline, Merlene Ottey High School and CIP Founder), Dr. Donovan Bennett (President, Jamaica Cricket Association), and Mr. Carl Chang (Managing Director, Western Sports Ltd.). The initiative aims to revitalize youth engagement in cricket and foster discipline through sport.
